+ What is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)?
A DPT is a clinical, 3-year postgraduate degree, similar to a MD or dentist. DPT’s are highly educated to clinically evaluate and treat injuries and/or conditions related to movement dysfunction and are recommended as clinicians of choice for injuries involving muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, discs, or nerves.
+ Do I need a referral to be seen at iAM Physical Therapy?
A referral from your physician is not required to see a physical therapist. Don’t wait to see your physician. Schedule an appointment the same or next day at iAM Physical Therapy.
+ How do I know if physical therapy will help alleviate my pain and address my injury/condition?
A brief conversation with you can help us identify if physical therapy is right for you. Take advantage of iAM’s free phone consultation with Dr. Jessica Wiley to discuss your options. If physical therapy is not appropriate for you, we will refer you to a health care provider who can best solve your problem.
+ How much time will I spend with my physical therapist each session?
At iAM Physical Therapy you spend 100% of your 55-minute visit with Dr. Jessica Wiley. With more 1-on-1 time, she is better able to actively listen, tailor each session to meet your individual needs, and treat the root cause vs temporarily alleviating symptoms.
+ How often will I need to come each week for treatment?
Working with our clients 1-on-1 often means our clients require less visits overall to achieve their goals. Typically, this means once a week for active physical therapy treatment.
+ How long will it take to address my problem?
From a physiological perspective, it takes 6-8 weeks to see a significant change in tissue healing, flexibility, and strength. Your specific condition may require more or less time depending on the injury. After a complete comprehensive evaluation, your therapist will be able to identify and discuss how long it may take to address your specific problem.

+ Do you accept my insurance?
iAM is proud to offer our clients a patient-focused approach. For this reason, iAM is an out-of-network provider and does not participate in insurance plans.
+ Can I really save money by going “out-of-network”?
Absolutely! With more 1-on-1 care, half the visits, and longer lasting results you will be amazed by how much time and money you can save compared to insurance based clinics.
+ What is the cost of an iAM physical therapy session?
Physical Therapy
Initial Evaluation $260
Follow-up Visit $220
+ Can I submit a claim to my insurance for reimbursement?
Yes! If you wish to submit a claim to your insurance you will receive a Superbill which is an itemized bill for each session. It is recommended you contact your insurance company to verify your out-of-network benefits. Please let us know if you need any assistance. We are always happy to help!
+ Do you accept Medicare patients?
Unfortunately due to out-of-network restrictions set by Medicare, Dr Jessica WIley is unable to provide physical therapy services to Medicare beneficiaries as an out-of-network provider.
