FEEL AT HOME IN YOUR BODY

relief from pain.
strength and confidence in movement.
living your life fully.

Just imagine…

waking up and not immediately taking inventory of what hurts. Working out without wondering if you’ll regret it later. Traveling, lifting, playing, sleeping—without constantly negotiating with your body.

feeling strong in ways that actually matter.
Strong enough for workouts that feel good again. Strong enough to carry groceries, kids, luggage, and the invisible mental load you already carry. Strong enough to trust your body instead of bracing it.

understanding what’s going on instead of guessing.
What’s normal for your body in your 30s, 40s, 50s—and what’s not. When to push. When to support. How physical therapy and strength training actually work together so you’re not stuck between doing too much and doing nothing.

care that feels like it was actually designed for you.
Not rushed. Not generic. Not a chatgpt plug and play.
But hyper-personalized, evidence-based, and respectful of your time, energy, and real life.

knowing you’re doing something now that protects your future.
Building strength, stability, and confidence so you can stay active, independent, and capable for years to come—without pain quietly shrinking your world.

This is what physical therapy should feel like.

Clear. Supportive. Empowering.

Let's Get Started

Relieve Pain

Pain doesn’t have to define your days. Whether you’re recovering from a recent injury or managing pain that just won’t go away, our approach is designed to give you lasting relief and a clear path forward. We get to the root cause so you can move with ease.

Restore Strength

Strength is more than muscle—it’s the foundation for living with confidence, energy, and independence. Using evidence-based exercise and a whole-body approach, we focus on restoring strength so you can move with freedom and protect your body from future injury.

Return to Activity

iAM focuses on guiding women back to joyful movement. Whether that means playing with your kids, enjoying family adventures, or simply keeping up with the demands of a busy day - iAM helps you move past pain, regain your strength, and step fully back into the moments that matter most—today and for years to come.

Hi, iAM Dr. Jess

I’m a wife, a mom to a very active four-year-old boy, and a woman navigating the physical changes that come with pregnancy, postpartum, and midlife—while also managing work, family, and the mental load that so many women carry. I know how important it is to feel capable in your body so you can show up fullyfor the people you love, the responsibilities you carry, and the life you’re creating.

What I’ve learned, both personally and professionally, is that women don’t want to just manage pain or “be careful.” They want to return to the activities they love, feel confident moving again, and protect their long-term health so they can stay active and independent for years to come. My approach is evidence-based and hyper-personalized to you —focused on resolving pain, rebuilding trust in your body, and giving you a clear path forward.

At the end of the day, this work is about more than fixing an ache or injury. It’s about helping you feel energized, confident, and fully alive in your body—now, and for HER tomorrow.
