I believe…

You do not have to live with pain.

I have helped hundreds of people get to the root cause of their chronic pain and find long-lasting relief.

Taking care of your body should be easy.

Which is why I develop a personalized, step-by-step treatment plan to help you achieve your goals with ease.

The body is resilient and built to heal itself.

But sometimes we need guidance on how to best optimize our body’s own healing potential

We all want to be seen and heard.

As your healthcare professional my job is to listen… actively listen to your needs, goals, and concerns.

You are one of a kind!

This is why all sessions at iAM are tailored to fit your specific goals and lifestyle so you can achieve sustainable results.

– Get to know Dr. Jess:

Q: Where did you receive your degree?
A: I received my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from George Washington University in Washington D.C. graduating top of my class.

Q: Do you have any speciality areas?
A: I am a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist in Physical Therapy. This means, beyond my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, I have advanced training in injuries that involve the muscle or skeletal system. If you have neck, back, shoulder, hip, knee, foot pain - head to toe, I’m your gal!

Q: How many years of experience do you have?
A: I have 18 years experience in the physical therapy profession with advanced training from George Washington University, Georgetown University, USC, and NYU.

Q: Why did you become a physical therapist?
A: Dance was the main catalyst for me to become a PT. As a former ballerina, instructor and choreographer, I am just in awe of the human body and how it can move! The body can achieve amazing things when provided with the optimal environment to thrive.

Q: Have you had any injuries yourself?
A: I fractured my T5 vertebra in 2014 in a bicycle accident. This was a very painful injury. It gave me a first-hand appreciation of the patient experience which is why I am very passionate about providing not only high quality care to my patients but also compassionate care. Being in pain and recovering from an injury is not easy. I want to be there to support you step by step through the process so you can achieve your goals.
