Hi, I’m Jess.

I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and lifestyle medicine practitioner—but more importantly, I’m a woman who understands what it’s like to care deeply about health while living a very full life.

I created iAM Her + Well because I saw too many women blaming themselves for systems that were never designed for them—plans that ignored biology, real life, and the emotional side of change.

I believe women don’t need more discipline.
They need a better design that is aligned with their life.

My work blends evidence-based science with compassion, practicality, and joy—so health becomes something you curate based on your needs, values, and vision. Not something you’re constantly chasing.
